Right to withdraw

The dress is a ready-made item in a fixed size, so you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the dress.

To withdraw, message Ieva on WhatsApp. A clear statement is enough — you do not have to explain why.

Return the dress within 14 days of telling us: unworn, with tags, in the condition you received it. Return postage is paid by the buyer.

We refund within 14 days of the dress reaching us, to the same card you paid with.

If the dress is damaged or not as described, that is not a withdrawal but a complaint — then we pay the return postage.
