Right to withdraw. ready-made wrap dresses.

Ready-made dresses have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. The first day of the period is the day after you receive the dress.

Before the period ends, send a clear withdrawal notice to info@awei.lv or to Ieva on WhatsApp (+371 22028477). Include your name, the order or dress code and the date of receipt. Keep evidence that you sent the notice.

Send or hand back the dress without undue delay, no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice. Handing the parcel to the carrier within that period is sufficient. Confirm the return address with Ieva; the buyer pays the return postage.

You may try on and inspect the dress as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep the tags and packaging where possible; their absence alone does not remove the right of withdrawal. Pack the dress safely for transport.

We refund the payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery choice are not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the dress or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee.

If the dress is damaged or not as described, contact Ieva about a complaint. We pay return postage in that case; the withdrawal procedure does not limit your rights concerning faulty goods.

Preparing the return

Confirm the return address with Ieva before sending the parcel. Include your order or dress code and name so the returned dress can be matched to the purchase.

Keep your correspondence

Keep your withdrawal notice and the carrier's dispatch receipt. If you have a refund question, send Ieva the order code and tracking number.

Compare your measurements with those stated for the dress. Another dress or size is a separate order; you can ask a question on WhatsApp before buying.
