These terms apply to awei.lv and to everything you can do on this site.

WHO SELLS. AWEI — Ieva's dress workshop in Latvia. Contact: WhatsApp +371 22028477 or Instagram @aweigallery.

DRESSES AND PRICES. Each dress is a single piece in one size. The price on the site is the final price in euro; delivery is added and is shown before payment. A dress that has been sold is removed from sale.

PAYMENT. Payment is by card through Stripe. The order is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment; nothing is reserved before that.

DELIVERY. We ship to an Omniva parcel locker or by courier; the time depends on the carrier, and Ieva packs every parcel herself. The parcel goes to the address you enter — check it before paying.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The full description is on its own page, linked from the purchase window.

TRYING A DRESS ON YOUR OWN PHOTO. This is free, and it is a PREVIEW, not a photograph: the image is generated by artificial intelligence and shows neither the exact fit nor the exact shade. Upload only your own photo — photographs of other people must not be uploaded. The result is deleted after four hours and we use it for nothing else.

SITE CONTENT. The photographs, texts and videos belong to AWEI. You may share them with a link to this site, but not republish them as your own.

DISPUTES. The laws of the Republic of Latvia apply. If something is wrong, write to us on WhatsApp first — most things are settled there.
