Terms of service. ready-made wrap dresses.

These terms apply to awei.lv and to everything you can do on this site.

WHO SELLS. AWEI — Ieva's dress workshop in Latvia. Contact: WhatsApp +371 22028477 or Instagram @aweigallery.

DRESSES AND PRICES. Each dress is a single piece in one size. The price on the site is the final price in euro; delivery is added and is shown before payment. A dress that has been sold is removed from sale.

PAYMENT. Payment is by card through Stripe. The order is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment; nothing is reserved before that.

DELIVERY. We dispatch a ready-made dress within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. In Latvia, Omniva and DPD parcel lockers cost 4 EUR, and collection in person in Riga has no delivery charge. The purchase window shows options and costs for other destinations before payment. Carrier transit starts after handover and is additional to preparation time; indicative times are listed in the delivery FAQ. Check your address before payment.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The full description is on its own page, linked from the purchase window.

TRYING A DRESS ON YOUR OWN PHOTO. This is free, and it is a PREVIEW, not a photograph: the image is generated by artificial intelligence and shows neither the exact fit nor the exact shade. Upload only your own photo — photographs of other people must not be uploaded. The result is deleted after four hours and we use it for nothing else.

SITE CONTENT. The photographs, texts and videos belong to AWEI. You may share them with a link to this site, but not republish them as your own.

DISPUTES. The laws of the Republic of Latvia apply. If something is wrong, write to us on WhatsApp first — most things are settled there.

An order in four steps

  1. Choose the dress in the ribbon or on its page and check the bust measurement against your own.
  2. Press “Buy”, enter your name, e-mail, phone and address, and pay by card in the Stripe window.
  3. When Stripe confirms the payment the order is concluded and a message goes to Ieva.
  4. Ieva packs the dress in Riga and ships it by Omniva or courier; the parcel goes to the address you entered.

How an order works

Choose the dress in the ribbon or on its page and press “Buy”. Payment is by card through Stripe; card details never reach us. When Stripe confirms the payment the order is concluded, and a message goes to Ieva, who packs the dress in Riga and ships it.

For the order we store your name, e-mail, phone and delivery address — the only way to send the dress to you. The address you enter is where the parcel goes, so check it before paying.

Delivery and its cost

In Latvia we ship by Omniva parcel locker or courier for 4 EUR; to the European Union the cost depends on the country and is shown before payment. The delivery time depends on the carrier.

Clips and try-on

The models in the clips are generated by artificial intelligence and show the cut of the dress on three body types, not a particular person; Ieva's own photographs of the dress are at the bottom of every dress page. The try-on with your own photo is a preview: upload only your own photo, and the result is deleted after four hours.

What to know before buying

Every dress is a single piece in a given size with its bust measurement, length and fabric stated; a sold dress can no longer be bought on the site. A dress cannot be reserved — it is yours when Stripe confirms the payment. The 14-day right of withdrawal and its conditions are on a separate page.

Price and confirmation

The price is the one shown next to the dress when you press “Buy”; the delivery cost is added in the Stripe window, and the total is shown before you confirm the payment. After payment the site shows a confirmation page; if it does not appear or the amount does not match, write on WhatsApp with the dress code before paying again.

Languages and texts

The site is in Latvian, Russian and English; in the other languages the interface and the dress descriptions are translated by Google Gemini from the Latvian text, and the dress facts — measurements, fabric, price, code — are the same in every language. Questions about a dress can be asked on WhatsApp or by e-mail to info@awei.lv, quoting the dress code.

Every dress also has clip pages and a guide to each clip; they are a description, not a promise about fit — the size is decided only by the bust measurement stated with the dress and in the size table, and that is the one thing to compare with yourself.
