Questions about size, fabric or delivery can be sent by e-mail or WhatsApp. Orders are packed in Riga and shipped with Omniva or DPD in Latvia and to the European Union; the delivery cost is shown before payment.
Payment is by card through Stripe, and card details never reach us. The order is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment; until then the dress is not reserved.
A dress can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason: write to us, return it unworn with the tags, and we refund within 14 days to the same card. If the dress is damaged or does not match the description, we pay for the return shipping.

When and how to write
About size, write on WhatsApp with your bust measurement and the dress code — that way Ieva can say at once whether that dress fits and, if needed, suggest the neighbouring size. About delivery, withdrawal or a parcel already sent, write there too; if it is about damage, attach photos.
E-mail info@awei.lv suits anything that is not urgent and questions about documents. Instagram @aweigallery is where you see the dresses in motion and the news, but order and size questions are better not left there — WhatsApp and e-mail reach Ieva directly.
What happens after an order
When Stripe confirms the payment, a message about the order goes to Ieva on Telegram, and she packs the dress in Riga. We ship by Omniva parcel locker or courier in Latvia and to the European Union; the time depends on the carrier. The delivery cost is always shown before payment.
The order data — dress, amount, name, e-mail, phone and address — stays on our server and in Ieva's private Google Drive table, from which she runs the shop. Card details never reach us; Stripe handles them.

The seller is Jurijs Zarkovs, Ebrēju iela 10-27, Riga; the dresses are sewn by Ieva in her workshop in Riga, and the site is maintained by the AWEI tool. The company profiles on LinkedIn, X and Facebook are listed above, and correspondence about orders goes through WhatsApp or e-mail, not social networks.
The address above is the seller's registered address, not a shop: orders are taken on the site, and the dresses are shipped. Ieva answers on WhatsApp herself, between sewing and packing, so a reply may not come the same minute; the e-mail is read by the same person.
Three things that speed up a reply
- The dress code — it is on the dress page next to the price and in the order confirmation.
- Your bust measurement in centimetres, if the question is about size.
- The question itself in one sentence: does it fit, when will it ship, how to withdraw.
With these three things Ieva does not have to ask back, and the reply is straight to the point — usually in the same conversation.
For partnerships, press and other questions not about a specific order, e-mail info@awei.lv is the right channel. Next to the shop there is AWEI Radio — a music stream from the workshop server around the clock — and a news feed in English; both are reachable from the footer.
If you are writing about a parcel already sent, add the tracking number from the carrier's message — it shows where the parcel is. About a dress that is no longer in the ribbon, write with its code: a sold dress can no longer be bought on the site, but you can still ask about a similar dress or another size.
